That number is worth sitting with. It is not one strong age group carrying a club, it is depth across juniors and seniors, in the men's and the women's competitions, from teams coached by parents who did their first coaching course two seasons ago.
The two sides that fell short were beaten by good teams on the night, and both will be back. Nobody at this club measures a season by two results.
